The accompanying caption; "On the Cover; In the hot summer sun on Michigan's Torch Lake, two sailors kept watchful eyes on wind, water, sail and other boats as they coaxed their Butterfly to a more favorable position in a Western Michigan Yachting Association regatta last August."
